Laura Concannon, CPA
Laura is the founder of P + G Built Solutions. She uses her wealth of knowledge and experience to help her clients grow their businesses and her team expand their own knowledge base. Her belief that personal and business life intersect and the need for balance is where the Peace of Mind and Growth of Bottom Line originated. She is also the founder of Tools4Success, Inc. a nonprofit focused on businesses and educators working together to provide opportunities for students to succeed. She is driven by curiosity and the desire that all should have an opportunity for success.

Maria Lopez
Maria is a Senior Accountant who has been an important part of our firm since 2018. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Towson University and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Certified Knowify Advisor. Maria prepares business and individual tax returns, assists with tax planning and payroll, prepares financial statements, and oversees monthly bookkeeping. She also helps clients navigate QuickBooks and Knowify, resolve accounting issues, and maintain accurate financial records. In addition, Maria plays an active role in developing firm procedures, improving internal processes, and implementing technology to help the firm better serve its clients.

Julissa Garcia
Julissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from PUCMM Dominican Republic. Julissa is a Certified QuickBooks Advisor who works with clients on their tax returns and monthly bookkeeping, while assisting in administrative office projects. She lends her invaluable experience to clients who may be new to the unique tax system of the United States.
Danielle Isenberg
Danielle brings over twenty years of customer service experience, along with a strong background in business management and administration. As Operations Manager, she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, helping to ensure the team and office run efficiently and effectively. Her passion for organization, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional client service help create a welcoming, professional, and productive experience for both clients and staff.
Kayla Wiseman
Kayla is a dedicated bookkeeper just starting out at P & G Built Solutions with three years of experience in the bookkeeping profession. Known for her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for helping businesses stay financially organized, Kayla brings both precision and a personable touch to her work.
Currently pursuing her Accounting degree at Towson University, Kayla is expanding her expertise with the goal of building a long-term career in finance. Her studies fuel her passion for turning numbers into meaningful insights that support smart business decisions.
Rebecca Benitez
A recent graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Economics, Rebecca is excited to begin a career in accounting and contribute to the success of the team at P+G. She brings with her three years of experience working with clients in tax preparation and is currently building hands-on experience in areas like bookkeeping and QuickBooks, where she has recently become a Certified QuickBooks Advisor.
